Elkhart Schools Saves Big on Boiler operations

Posted in Accolades on December 8th, 2008

Elkhart School Corporation, located in northern Indiana, recently completed boiler plant upgrades in two schools recently with the assistance of Primary Engineering.  They are currently experiencing a fuel savings over 30% from prior years that included milder weather.  This savings is a result of a cutting edge sequence of control that maintains the boilers in a condensing mode and maximizing plant efficiency at all times of operation.  Most typical condensing boiler plants only condense in mild weather and lose efficiency as the weather turns cold.  To learn how to maximize your boiler plant efficiency and reduce fuel costs, contact us for more information.
