Indiana Tech renovates Seitz building with LEED

Primary Engineering has been selected to provide engineering design services in conjunction with the renovation of the Indiana Tech University, Seitz Building.  This is a historic building originally constructed in the 1850’s that will be renovated as a sustainable building on campus and will seek LEED Silver Certification.

Energy Efficient Lighting

Primary Engineering has recently completed an upgrade to the lighting systems in their Fort Wayne office to use LED light fixtures.  These new fixtures reduce the energy required by 50% over a traditional fluorescent fixture.  To find out how you can save energy with this new lighting technology, contact us.

Elkhart County Sheriff Administration

Primary Engineering has been selected as the mechanical and electrical engineer firm to design the new Elkhart County Sheriff Administration Building, located in Elkhart, Indiana.  Construction is expected to be complete in 2009.
