Lubbehusen to present at ASHRAE 2012 Winter Conference

Mike Lubbehusen and Terry Thornsbury are scheduled to present a technical session at the 2012 ASHRAE Winter Conference to be held in Chicago, IL on on January 22, 2012. Â The session will present a case study of renovating a historic 155 year old building and turning it into a High Performance Building that is energy efficient and economical to operate.

Kent Macy passes LEED exam

Kent Macy, a mechanical engineer with Primary Engineering’s Fort Wayne office, has recently passed the US Green Building Council LEED accreditation exam to become a LEED accredited professional.
Drew Pitzer passes BICSI certification for RCDD

Mike Lubbehusen – President of Fort Wayne ASHRAE Chapter

The Fort Wayne chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) has elected Michael Lubbehusen, PE as their President for the 2007-2008 year. He has previously acted as Secretary and Vice President. During his tenure as Vice President, the chapter was named the “Best Chapter in the World” by achieving the highest ever recorded point total for the Presidential Award Of Excellence with over 32,000 chapter points.
Fort Wayne ASHRAE names Mike Lubbehusen “Man of the Year”

Michael Lubbehusen, principal mechanical engineer, was recently elected as President-Elect for the Fort Wayne chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He has previously acted as the chapter Secretary and was honored with the chapter’s “Man of the Year” award for his dedication to the development of the chapter and serving the HVAC industry.
Lubbehusen to speak at IASBO Meeting

Mike Lubbehusen from Primary Engineering has been selected to be a featured speaker at the annual meeting for Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO) in Fort Wayne on May 11th and 12th. He will be presenting a technical session that discusses methods to reduce energy consumption within school facilities that include design, operation, and maintenance issues.
